Danny Khezzar is one of the most captivating figures in contemporary gastronomy. For this project, I followed the 18-point chef from the Bayview in Geneva through his world. My photographs reveal him between the kitchen, his producers and the personal stories that shape his work. At the core are his energy, his passion for outstanding ingredients and the people who inspire him. The series combines intimate moments, culinary precision and the presence of a chef who cooks with creativity and a generous heart.
